CELLER AIXALÁ I ALCAIT

Located in Torroja del Priorat, in the heart of the DOQ Priorat, Celler Aixalà i Alcait has been producing wines since 2005 using grapes from their own vineyards. Besides their wines, they also make an organic extra virgin olive oil, always honoring the land and traditions that define the region.

This page focuses on their oil, Les Clivelles de Torroja, a 100% arbequina olive oil made from olives harvested from centuries-old trees grown on llicorella and ferral soils. Just like their wines, their commitment to organic farming and sustainability is evident in every step of the production.
