ENTRE VINYES

Entre Vinyes is a family-run winery located in the Foix Natural Park, in the heart of the Baix Penedès region.

Born from the desire to revive Pep’s old family vineyard, this project—led by María and Josep—blends tradition, sustainability, and a deep respect for the surrounding landscape. In a natural setting of terraced vineyards and olive groves, Entre Vinyes crafts wines and cavas that genuinely reflect the character of the land.

The Xarel·lo, Macabeu, and Parellada vines, over 60 years old, grow in calcareous, poor, well-drained soils, surrounded by holm oaks, pine trees, and a rich biodiversity that naturally balances the ecosystem. In these demanding conditions, viticulture is carried out by hand, in harmony with the rhythms of the earth, keeping local tradition alive.
