
Sal D'Oro
From the small village of Salinas de Oro, in Tierra Estella (Navarre), comes one of the few spring salts in Europe still crafted by hand. The saltworks in this area, documented since 1492 and likely even older, draw on a unique saline spring and a time-honored process passed down through generations.
Water is drawn directly from the spring and poured into shallow pools, where it slowly evaporates under the sun and wind. Harvested entirely by hand, the salt retains all its natural qualities thanks to this careful, traditional method.
The result is a pure salt, with delicate, cube-shaped crystals and a clean, well-balanced flavor that brings out the best in food. Ideal for both everyday use and refined cuisine.
The salt is distributed under the name Sal-Oro, brought straight from its source and shaped by centuries of tradition and know-how.
