AZUL Y GARANZA

Located between the Bardenas Reales desert and the foothills of the Navarrese Pre-Pyrenees, the vineyards are cultivated in an extreme landscape, where poor soils and a dry climate push the vines to give their very best. The low yields result in small, intensely flavored grapes—concentrated and full of character—grown through respectful farming that promotes biodiversity by planting fruit trees and native vegetation.

In this unique setting, Azul y Garanza has brought back to life old Garnacha vines, some over a hundred years old, often found in small, isolated plots nearly forgotten by time. Rather than seeing neglect, the winery has uncovered a viticultural heritage of great value. Thanks to close collaboration with local growers, these vineyards have been revived. Each bottle born here is a true reflection of the landscape, its history, and a deep commitment to sustainable viticulture.
