L'OLIVATIERA

L’Olivateria is a small family-run project based in Quatretondeta, in northern Alicante. It was born from the joint efforts of Rosa Gil and Alejandro Iris Redondo, who share both deep agricultural roots and a genuine love for the land. Together, they produce organic olives and olive spreads using delicious, distinctive, and healthy recipes.

Their respect for the land and for natural processes is evident in every product they make. At L’Olivateria, there are no shortcuts: the olives are naturally fermented through lactic acid fermentation and never pasteurized, preserving all their health benefits. The result is bold, vibrant, and authentic flavors.
